By joining the Rella Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Rella. Continued participation in the program constitutes your agreement to any updated terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid PayPal or bank account to receive affiliate payouts.
2. Prohibited Promotional Methods
To maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure fair promotion, the following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:
• No Paid Advertising:
You may not use any form of paid advertising (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or any other paid search or display network) that includes your affiliate link or promotes Rella using brand terms (e.g., “Rella,” “getrella,” or variations).
• No Bidding on Branded Keywords:
You may not bid on Rella-branded keywords or any misspellings/variations in search engine advertising platforms.
• No Misleading Claims:
Affiliates must accurately represent Rella and its features. Misleading, exaggerated, or false claims about our product or pricing are strictly forbidden.
• No Spam or Mass Messaging:
Do not promote your affiliate link via spammy emails, DMs, bots, or comment sections.
• No Coupon, Deal, or Incentive-Based Sites:
Affiliates may not promote Rella on coupon, deal, cashback, incentive-based, or promotional aggregation websites (including “coupon,” “promo code,” or “discount” listings) unless explicitly approved in writing by Rella. Affiliates may not publish or imply the existence of Rella discounts unless officially provided by Rella.
3. Acceptable Promotion Channels
We encourage authentic, organic promotion, including:
• Social media posts from your personal or professional accounts
• YouTube videos
• Blog content or reviews
• Email newsletters to your audience (with consent)
• Private communities (e.g., Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups) where you’re an active member
4. Violation & Termination
Violation of these terms—especially paid advertising use—may result in:
• Immediate removal from the affiliate program
• Forfeiture of any unpaid commissions
• Revocation of your referral link
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.
Affiliates are subject to approval at Rella’s discretion, and participation in the program does not guarantee commission eligibility.
5. Commission & Payout
You will receive commissions as outlined on our affiliate dashboard. Payouts are made monthly, with a 30-day holding period to account for potential refunds or cancellations.
